What is the MOQ?
Selected simple items can start from 500 pcs. For printed, shaped or complex OEM products, MOQ depends on material, logo process and packaging.
How long does sampling take?
Most samples take about 5-10 days after size, material, logo and artwork details are confirmed.
How long does bulk production take?
Common bulk orders usually take about 20-35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on quantity and process.
Can you make small custom orders?
Yes, selected simple neoprene items can support small trial orders. Complex designs may need a higher MOQ.
What logo processes are available?
Common options include silk screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation printing, embroidery and woven labels.
Can buyers send samples for customization?
Yes. Buyers can send reference samples, drawings or photos. We review structure, size, material and logo process before sampling.
Can products support overseas market requirements?
We can work toward buyer-required material, packaging and inspection standards. Specific certificate claims should be confirmed by order and report.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Product type, size, thickness, logo process, estimated quantity, destination country and target sample date.
